| I guess I have always been a salesperson. When other kids were outside playing I was sitting on the corner of my driveway selling cookies, punch, toys, or whatever else I could find in the house to sell!
When I was in elementary school I would 'hang out' with my dad and give out homes brochures, cards, anywhere and everywhere we went. I attribute my real estate success to 'osmosis'! Being around Dad was contagious. I loved watching how he related to others and made them smile.
After graduation in 1988 from what is now Augusta State University, I began my real estate journey. What an adventure it has been! I can't imagine a better career than making people's dreams come true. The relationships and friendships I have made over the past 22 years are irreplaceable. 90% of my business comes from personal referrals. For this I am most proud.
I believe in giving impeccable service. In a day when you are surprised when someone treats you with respect I want to be the exception. I want those I come in contact with to be confident that I will be completely honest with them. I will be sensitive and caring to their situation. I believe this is what sets me apart from the rest.
For over 23 families I currently manage their homes as rental properties. These are homeowners that did not plan on being landlords but due to the selling time of many homes these families have decided to lease their homes for a year or two and then sell.
